Vibeke Krane has been functioning as the interim CFO of the company since
August 1, 2016 and she will now enter the position permanently.
She has been working as a finance manager with Protector Forsikring ASA
since December 1, 2015, initially as a consultant, then as a permanent
employee.
Vibeke Krane has a background as a State Authorized Public Accountant and
has 20 years of experience within finance and accounting including from KPMG
and Telenor ASA.
The amendment is effective as of January 1, 2017.
