Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued by Protector Forsikring ASA on 23 July 2018 regarding contemplated offer to acquire own shares.
Due to strong interest the size of the purchase of own shares has been increased up to NOK 300 million. The purchase price has been set to NOK 57.50 per share.
As communicated the book building will close at 18:00 CET today. Settlement is expected to take place on 27 July 2018.
