Protector Forsikring ASA has today, April 8th 2021, held its Annual General Meeting. All proposals to the AGM were approved.
The minutes from the meeting will tomorrow, April 9th 2021, be available on the company's website www.protectorforsikring.no.
The AGM approved the Board's proposal to distribute a dividend for 2020 of NOK 246,9 million, corresponding to NOK 3.00 per share. The ex. date is 9 April 2021, the record date is 12 April 2021, and the dividend will be paid on 16 April 2021 to shareholders as of 8 April 2021.
The AGM also approved the board's proposal to reduce the company's share capital from 86,155,605 to NOK 82,500,000 by deleting 3,655,605 own shares at a nominal value of NOK 1.
