In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 8 April 2021, Protector Forsikring ASA has today June 7th 2021 reduced the share capital with a total of NOK 3,655,605. This is done by cancelling 3,655,605 own shares.
The share capital subsequent to the capital reduction is NOK 82,500,000 divided into 82,500,000 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.
