Proximar Seafood AS – CFO resignation

Proximar Seafood AS (“Proximar” or the “Company”) informs that Pål K. Grimsrud, has tendered his resignation from his position as CFO in Proximar in order to pursue opportunities outside of the Company.

Proximar will promptly start the process of recruiting a successor. Mr Grimsrud will remain in his current role in Proximar during his notice period and will assist the company in the transition period.

“I am grateful for my time in Proximar since early 2019. We have together established a great foundation for the operation in Japan and Proximar will always be close to me,” Mr Grimsrud says.
