price of NOK 20.29. New holding of QFR shares after the transaction is
91,989. Isaksen holds 675,000 share options in Q-Free ASA.

CFO, Roar Østbø, has today purchased 10,000 QFR shares at an average
price of NOK 20.25. New holding of QFR shares after the transaction is
47,000. Østbø holds 150,000 share options in Q-Free ASA.

VP Operations, Marianne Sandal, has today purchased 5,000 QFR shares at
an average price of NOK 20.20. New holding of QFR shares after the
transaction is 17,000. Sandal holds 150,000 share options in Q-Free ASA.

VP Sales, Per Ecker, has today purchased 1,500 QFR shares at an average
price of NOK 20.30. New holding of QFR shares after the transaction is
6,500. Ecker holds 150,000 share options in Q-Free ASA.

VP R&D, Hans Christian Bolstad, has today purchased 2,000 QFR shares at
an average price of NOK 20.30. New holding of QFR shares after the
transaction is 4,000. Bolstad holds 150,000 share options in Q-Free ASA.

VP Business Development, Steinar Furan, has today purchased 2,500 QFR
shares at an average price of NOK 20.30. New holding of QFR shares after
the transaction is 22,500. Furan holds 150,000 share options in Q-Free
ASA.

HR Manager, Stein-Tore Nybrodahl, has today purchased 2,500 QFR shares
at an average price of NOK 20.30. New holding of QFR shares after the
transaction is 7,500. Nybrodahl holds 45,000 share options in Q-Free
