Increase of share capital - Q-Free ASA
The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA approved in a board meeting 28.
April 2010 to increase the share capital with NOK 73,308.84. The
increase of the share capital is carried out according to proxy by
issuance of 192,918 new shares at par value NOK 0.38. The share capital
will increase from NOK 22,820,554.96 to NOK 22,893,863.80 after the
share capital increase has been registered in Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.
The increase of the share capital is approved in relation to the
completion of the acquisition of the Dutch company Dacolian BV
(reference to stock exchange release dated 14. August 2008). Q-Free will
after the transaction own 100 % of Dacolian B.V.
A new press release will be published when the share capital increase
has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
