Trondheim, 3 June 2015: Reference is made to the Stock Exchange Announcement of
Q-Free's agreement to acquire the activity of the Maltese parking management
solutions company Traffiko, dated 4 May 2015.
The transaction is now closed and Q-Free has acquired 100 percent of
the activity of Traffiko. Traffiko will be consolidated into the accounts of Q
-Free as of the second quarter 2015.
