Trondheim 6 May 2015: Chairman of the Board, Terje Christoffersen has been given
proxies without voting instructions for 5,612,560 shares in Q-Free ASA,
representing 8.01% of the total shares and voting rights in the company. The
proxies are valid for the Annual General meeting to be held on 20 May 2015.
This notification is made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
section 4-3.
