The Board of Directors of Q-Free ASA has on 30 March 2017 approved the Directors
Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2016. The Consolidated
Financial Statements are presented according to IFRS and will be presented for
final approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held 24 May 2017.
The Group's Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Statements include no changes
compared to the preliminary full year results presented 14 February 2017.
The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that there will be
no distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2016.
The Annual report including the Directors report and the Consolidated Financial
Statements for 2016 will be published on the Company's website together with the
notice for the Annual General Meeting.
