Chairman of the Board, Tore Valderhaug, has been given proxies without voting
instructions for 23,173,641 shares in Q-Free ASA, representing 25.97 % of the
total shares and voting rights in the Company. The proxies are valid for the
Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 17 August 2018.
This notification is made pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
section 4-3.
