Trond Valvik, Chair of the Board of directors of Q-Free ASA, has today acquired
100,000 shares in Q-Free ASA at an average price of NOK 3.90 per share. The
shares were acquired through Battelhavet AS, a company fully controlled by
Valvik. Following the transaction, Valvik controls 100,000 shares in Q-Free ASA.
