On behalf of our client, Arctic Funds Plc., we notify that we have exercised the conversation rights of bonds equal to 15 million into new shares (equity). The ownership share will rise from 8.02% to 10.48% (11 288 557 shares) based on a total outstanding shares of 107 666 012 – after this conversion have taken place and corresponding new shares have been issued.
