Q-Free has received an additional agreement for one of its key statewide ATMS
contracts in the USA. The agreement adds scope to provide cloud infrastructure
hosting and respective cloud support for Q-Free's OpenTMS solution for an
initial period from April 2022 until June 2023 and has a total value of
approximately 28 MNOK. The agreement could be prolonged for several years.

deployments and that the customer has decided to expand the scope of services Q

provides us with an opportunity to continue providing OpenTMS as a turn-key
