Quantafuel has in July continued final hot commissioning in Skive. Following operation of some of the rotating reactors, additional adjustments will be performed. The plan for final commissioning has been to have manufacturers on site for instruction and training of the team, also to ensure maximum safety to project and operation. Due to the pandemic, it has been impossible for all relevant suppliers to be present on site. Our Chinese manufacturer has now managed to apply for visa, and is expected to arrive Denmark in August.
We will continue preparation for start-up of the plant, but not introduce plastic into the system until the manufacturers have arrived. The operation team is fully manned and is working alongside the project team to ensure a safe and efficient hand-over.
