In connection with the recommended voluntary cash offer (the "Offer") by Harald Norway Bidco AS, a company wholly-owned by Viridor Limited, to acquire all shares of Quantafuel ASA ("Quantafuel" or the "Company") the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Quantafuel (or their related parties as described below) have accepted the Offer for all their shares in the Company:
• Lars Rosenløv, CEO of Quantafuel, has accepted the Offer for his 50,800 shares in Quantafuel.
• Dr. Christian Lach, Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of Quantafuel, has accepted the Offer for his 13,500 shares in Quantafuel.
• Terje U. Eiken, COO of Quantafuel, has accepted the Offer for his 75,217 shares in Quantafuel.
• Ann-Christin Andersen, Chair of the board of directors of Quantafuel, has through her closely associated company 4ADA AS accepted the Offer for her 10,000 shares in Quantafuel.
• Petter Dragesund, board member of Quantafuel, has through his closely associated company Dragesund Invest AS accepted the Offer for his 666,668 shares in Quantafuel.
• Dr. Thorleif Enger, board member of Quantafuel, has through his closely associated company Thoeng AS accepted the Offer for his 189,300 shares in Quantafuel.
• Wenche Teigland, board member of Quantafuel, has accepted the Offer for her 1,430 shares in Quantafuel.
• Kasper Bech Trebbien, board member of Quantafuel, has accepted the Offer for his 2,000 shares in Quantafuel.
• Anette Knoph Lerø, board member of Quantafuel, has accepted the Offer for her 883 shares in Quantafuel.
In addition the following close associates have accepted the Offer for all their shares in the Company:
• KIRKBI Invest A/S, a close associate represented on the board of directors through Kasper Bech Trebbien, has accepted the Offer for its 17,888,880 shares in Quantafuel.
• BASF Antwerpen N.V., a close associate represented on the board of directors through Dr. Maximilian Walter, has accepted the Offer for its 15,769,561 shares in Quantafuel.
