Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA (the "Company") on 12 May 2023 regarding the extraordinary general meeting held the same day where it inter alia was resolved to convert the legal form of the Company from a public limited liability company to a private limited liability company (AS).
The conversion of the legal form and the accompanying name change to "Quantafuel AS" have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
