Cerebrum Invest AS, a company which is wholly owned by Ragnhild Wiborg who is a member of the board of directors of Rana Gruber AS (the "Company"), has today purchased 3.000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 45.92 per share. Cerebrum Invest AS is considered as a close associate to Ragnhild Wiborg.
Following the transaction, Cerebrum Invest AS owns a total of 3.000 shares in the Company.
