VN Capital AS, a company which is controlled by Vegard Nerdal, Controller and Investor Relations in Rana Gruber, has today purchased 500 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 43.2 per share.
VN Capital AS is considered as a close associate to Vegard Nerdal.
Following the transaction, VN Capital owns a total of 8.500 shares in the Company.
