Rana Gruber ASA - Conversion to a public limited liability company

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements by Rana Gruber (the «Company») regarding the extraordinary general meeting of the Company that resolved to convert the Company from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company, and thereby change its legal name to Rana Gruber ASA. The resolution has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, following which the new name of the Company is Rana Gruber ASA.
