RANA: Rana Gruber ASA – Annual Report and ESG Report for 2022

Mo i Rana, 16 March 2023: The board of directors of Rana Gruber ASA has approved of the financial statements for 2022, and the annual report was published today. The annual report contains the ESG report for 2022.

2022 was an eventful year for Rana Gruber. In the beginning of the year, the Rana Gruber share was uplisted to the main list of Oslo Stock Exchange. Towards the end of the year, the production of the company reached record high levels. At the same time, the company made progress with the project to increase the minimum iron content in the hematite production. The company also made good progress with the projects to increase the magnetite production and to eliminate carbon emissions from the operations.

“We are entering a new year with confidence and good progress. A positive production trend and progress with strategic projects enabling higher prices for our products provide a promising foundation for 2023. In 2022, we were able to pay out NOK 228.8 million in dividends, i.e. NOK 6.16 per share. We expect to be able to pay out solid dividends to our shareholders also in 2023”, says CEO Gunnar Moe.
