Leonhard Nilsen og Sønner – Eiendom AS (“LNSE”) has today sold 1,000,000 shares in Rana Gruber ASA (the “Company”). The shares were sold at a price of NOK 71.00 per share. Prior to the sale, LNSE owned 5,589,265 shares in the Company equalling 15.07% of the total share capital and voting rights in the Company. Following the sale, LNSE has 4,589,265 shares remaining in the Company equalling 12.37% of the total share capital and voting rights.
LNSE is represented in the Company’s Board of Directors by Frode Nilsen (Primary Insider).
