Green Reefers publish right issue prospectus, subscription period commences

The Company publish today the prospectus in
connection with its fully underwritten rights issue,
the terms and conditions for which were announced in
the stock exchange notice earlier. The subscription
period will commence on 17 August 2010 and end at
17:30 (Oslo time) on 31 August 2010. The prospectus
has been reviewed and approved by the Financial
Supervisory Authority of Norway.
The prospectus will be available on the Company's
website www.greenreefers.no, and on the website of
Pareto Securities AS, who has acted as manager in
connection with the rights issue, www.pareto.no.
The prospectus will also be available, free of
charge, at the Company headquarters and at the
offices of Pareto Securities AS.
