Sale of vessel

Today an agreement is reached between Green Reefers
ASA and Wilson Shipowning AS - a subsidiary of Wilson
ASA regarding sale of MV Wilson Express. The vessel
is a rebuild reefer vessel with deadweight of 5,800
tons, build in 1983. The sale takes place with sale
of 100% of the shares in Green Reefers subsidiary
Green Maritime AS. The sale amounts for the shares
are agreed to USD 3.6 mill with prompt delivery.

The sale will result in a profit of approx. USD 0.5
mill. The cash proceeds will be used for down payment
of debt.

The agreement with Wilson ASA is an agreement with
close related company as Green Reefers' main
shareholder; Caiano AS also is main shareholder in
Wilson ASA.
