Please find enclosed financial report for the fourth
quarter 2014 for Reach Subsea ASA (REACH).
REACH has in the 4th quarter achieved a total
revenue of NOK 84.3 million and an EBITDA of NOK
6.8 million (8.1 %). Profit after tax is NOK 7.7
million.
Preliminary net result for 2014 was NOK 24.8 million
(8 %) with an EBITDA-margin of 11.1 % and 16.1 %
return on equity.
