At its meeting on April 20th, 2015, the Board of
Directors of Reach Subsea ASA (REACH)approved
the final annual report and accounts for 2014.
There has been no material changes since the
reporting of the fourth quarter and preliminary
results 2014, published 17.02.2015.
The annual general meeting is scheduled to Thursday
May 28th, 2015. Summoning, annual report and agenda
will be published through Oslo Børs and on
www.reachsubsea.no in due time. The
summoning will also be sent by post.
