Reach Subsea ASA - Mandatory notifications of trade and disclosure of shareholding

North Energy ASA has through its subsidiary North Energy Capital AS purchased 802,897 shares in Reach Subsea ASA at a price of NOK 2.6817 per share. The total number of shares owned by North Energy ASA after the transaction, through the subsidiaries North Energy Capital AS and Accello Partners I AS, is 41,402,897, which constitutes a 28.90% ownership in Reach Subsea ASA.
