Reach Subsea ASA - Mandatory notifications of trade and disclosure of shareholding

North Energy ASA has through its subsidiary North Energy Capital AS purchased 244,886 shares in Reach Subsea ASA at a price of NOK 2.6024 per share. The total number of shares owned by North Energy ASA after the transaction, through the subsidiaries North Energy Capital AS and Accello Partners I AS, is 41,919,886, which constitutes a 29.3% ownership in Reach Subsea ASA.
