North Energy ASA has through its subsidiary North Energy Capital AS purchased 26,543 shares in Reach Subsea ASA at a price of NOK 2.57 per share. The total number of shares owned by North Energy ASA after the transaction, through the subsidiaries North Energy Capital AS and Accello Partners I AS is 42,069,886, which constitutes a 29.4% ownership in Reach Subsea ASA.
