North Energy ASA has through its subsidiary North Energy Capital AS purchased 266,525 shares in Reach Subsea ASA at a price of NOK 2.593 per share. The total number of shares owned by North Energy ASA after the transaction, through the subsidiaries North Energy Capital AS and Accello Partners I AS is 42,336,411, which constitutes a 29.5% ownership in Reach Subsea ASA.
