Registration of the new shares
Reference is made to our announcement 11.09.2018, 22:50 regarding exercise of employee share options in Reach Subsea ASA.
Participants in the Company's share option program exercised in September 2018 a total of 306,483 options. Following the option exercise, the Board of Directors, pursuant to authorization granted by the Company's General Meeting, resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 306,483 by issuing 306,483 new shares with par value of NOK 1. The Company's share capital after the increase is NOK 143,546,008 divided into 143,546,008 shares.
The change was registered in the Companies Register (Foretaksregisteret) on 25.09.2018.
