Haugesund, 28 October 2021: Reach Subsea AS today announced that it has entered an agreement with Havila Shipping ASA to extend the contract for the IMR, survey and construction vessel Havila Subsea for a fixed period of 2 years and 3 months.
The contract extension for Havila Subsea starts 01.10.21 and goes until 31.12.23. Reach Subsea has the option to extend the contract with one year until 31.12.2024. The bondholders in the ISIN NO0010605033 (HAVI07) bond issued by Havila Shipping have with sufficient majority accepted the conclusion of the contract. The commercial terms of the charter agreement are confidential between the parties. The vessel is already mobilized and part of our marketed fleet.
