Reach Subsea: Board Member Sverre B. Mikkelsen has passed away
Haugesund, 18 February 2022: Reach Subsea ASA (“Reach”) announces with great sadness the news that Board Member Sverre B. Mikkelsen has passed away.
Mr. Mikkelsen was a member of the Board of Reach since 2012 and was the head of the Board’s audit committee.
“On behalf of the Board, I wish to express our gratitude for Sverre's invaluable contribution to the Company and extend our deepest condolences to his family for their loss. Sverre was a dedicated and considerate person, who will be greatly missed,” said Reach Chairman Rachid Bendriss.
A proposal for a replacement of Mr. Mikkelsen as Board Member will be put forth by the election committee at the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 30 May 2022. Until then, the Board will be comprised of the following six Members:
