Operational figures and suspension of publication of future figures
Reach Subsea ASA (“Reach”) releases monthly operating figures on or before the 15th day following a month end. Please find attached the company's monthly operating figures for April 2022.
Please also note that Reach has decided to suspend the publication of monthly operating figures going forward. Following the transactions executed over the past six months, the nature and composition of our business has changed. Thus, the KPIs contained in the operating figures no longer provides a proper picture of the new Group’s operating performance.
