Reach Subsea ASA – Ex. Subsequent Offering today
Haugesund, 16 February 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Reach Subsea ASA ("Reach" or the "Company") on 15 February 2023 relating to a contemplated subsequent offering of up to 3,000,000 new shares directed towards certain eligible shareholders (the "Subsequent Offering").
The shares in the Company will be traded exclusive the right to participate in the Subsequent Offering (if resolved) as from today, 16 February 2023.
