REC rights issue: Mandatory notification of trade

Further to the ongoing subscription period in the Renewable Energy Corporation
ASA ("REC") rights issue, the attached list gives an overview of purchases and
sales of subscription rights and subscriptions for REC shares carried out by
primary insiders in REC and the primary insiders' related parties. The sales and
purchases of subscription rights and the subscriptions for new shares included
in the list were conducted yesterday, May 6, 2010.
