Kagra Gruppen AS, a company controlled by Jens
Ulltveit-Moe, has on 19 December bought 2.000.000
shares in REC Silicon ASA (REC) at NOK 1.7905 per
share. Mr. Ulltveit-Moe is chairman of the Board of
Directors of REC.
After the transaction Jens Ulltveit-Moe and
associated companies have a total holding of
536.201.902 shares (including 35.329.541 shares on
forward contracts) - equivalent to 23.17% - in REC
Silicon ASA.
