REC Silicon No safety violation found at Moses Lake

Moses Lake, Washington USA -- March 25, 2024: Reference is made to the stock
exchange release 26 February 2024, regarding an inspection by the Washington
State Department of Labor & Industries ("Labor & Industries") at Moses Lake on
February 13, 2024.

The inspection was completed on February 23rd and Labor & Industries
subsequently released its findings concluding that no safety violations were
found, and no citations or penalties were issued.

The inspection was a required response to a complaint received by the Labor &
Industries concerning various topics pertaining to the Moses Lake facility. In
addition to onsite examination of specific working areas, the inspection
included interviews of random employees across working areas, including
Silane, Maintenance, FBR, and Product Finishing.

A report including the results from the inspection will be published by Labor
