05'th 2010 acquired 100 000 shares in Scana Industrier ASA at a price of NOK
6,00 through his ownership in Internatonal Oilfield Services AS. Following this
transaction Per Ravnestad owns a total of 2 174 900 shares in Scana Industrier
ASA through his ownership in International Oilfield Services AS and Panda AS.
