Scana signs contract with Becker Marine Systems

Scana Industrier ASA has through its subsidiary, Scana Steel Björneborg AB,
entered into a one year contract with Becker Marine Systems concerning supply of
rudder stocks for the shipbuilding industry. Value of the contract is estimated
to 20 MSEK.
Becker Marine Systems are based in Hamburg Germany and are supplying the
shipbuilding industry with rudders. Becker is very well known name and are
market leading concerning design, efficiency and market shares of rudders.

Scana and Becker do with this contract strengthen the cooperation and connection
between the companies.

Scana Steel Björneborg has a long history as a supplier to Becker Marine
Systems, who requires high quality forged steel material for production of
rudder stocks. Therefore Scana sees this long term cooperation and the new
contract as a recognition that Scana Steel Björneborg is a world class steel
supplier.
