The board of directors of Scana Industrier ASA has approved the accounts for
1(st) quarter 2014 in the board meeting, May 6 2014.

A presentation of the 1st quarter 2014 results was done Tuesday May 6 at 17:30
hrs at Radisson Blu Atlantic Hotel in Stavanger.
