The board of directors of Scana Industrier ASA has in the board meeting of
13(th) August 2014 approved the accounts for first half and second quarter 2014.

A presentation of the company and the first half and second quarter 2014 results
was done Wednesday August 13(th) at 17:00 hrs at Radisson Atlantic Hotel in
Stavanger and will be done Thursday 14(th) August at 08:00 hrs at Radisson Blu
Plaza Hotel in Oslo.
