Scana Industrier ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to announcement today regarding registration of a share
capital decrease and share capital increase in Scana Industrier ASA. The
additional 9 new shares that were issued to cater for the reverse split were
today subscribed by Terje Egeland, Commercial Manager through the company Miglia
AS. The shares were subscribed at a subscription price of NOK 0.10. Following
registration of the share capital increase, Terje Egeland has a shareholding of
2,110,009 in Scana Industrier ASA through Miglia AS.
