With reference to the announcement issued on 10 October 2016 it is now confirmed
that the announced sale of properties is carried out according to contract. The sale
consists of two properties owned by Incus Investors´ subsidiary Scana Property SSA
AS. The contract price is 71,0 MNOK of which 67.0 MNOK of cash settlement.
Remaining sellers credit of 4.0 MNOK is running after agreed terms.
The sale will have a positive effect for incus Investor of approximately 48 MNOK in
profit, and a positive effect on liquidity.
Scana Property SSA is part of the real estate portfolio Scana Property AS in Strand.
Scana Property AS will after the completion this sale continue to own a substantial
property portfolio in the municipality.
Scana Property AS owns, develops and leases properties in Norway to sister
companies and external tenants.
