Scana Industrier ASA, 2015 Annual accounts approved by the Board of directors

The board of directors has on March 15(th) 2016 approved the 2015 annual
accounts. The annual accounts will be presented for final approval by the Annual
General Meeting on April 26(th) 2016.

In 2015 Scana Group generated a turnover of MNOK 1.172 and an operating profit
(EBIT) of MNOK -69.

Compared to the preliminary accounts published on February 24(th) the Group
turnover and operating profit is equal.

The change of MNOK 5.7 relates to financial result where Scanas part of Scana
Korea Hydraulic Ltd are included. The accounts from Scana Korea Hydraulic Ltd.
was not finalized at the time of reporting preliminary accounts.

These changes increase shares in associated companies and total equity by MNOK
5.7.

The Board of directors proposes no dividend for the financial year 2015.

Attached is the statement of income, balance sheet, cash and equity to the
consolidated financial statements in 2015 with comparable figures.
