The board of directors has on March 30th 2017 approved the
2016 annual accounts. The annual accounts will be presented
for final approval by the Annual General Meeting on May 10th
2017.
In 2016 INCUS generated a turnover of MNOK 718 and an
operating profit (EBIT) of MNOK -24.
Compared to the preliminary accounts published on February
28th the INCUS Investor turnover and operating profit is
equal.
The change of MNOK 1.0 relates to financial result where
INCUS's part of Scana Korea Hydraulic Ltd is included. The
accounts from Scana Korea Hydraulic Ltd. was not finalized at
the time of reporting preliminary accounts.
These changes increase shares in associated companies and
total equity by MNOK 1.0.
The Board of directors proposes no dividend for the financial
year 2016.
Attached is the statement of income, balance sheet, cash and
equity to the consolidated financial statements in 2016 with
comparable figures.
