Novemver 2022: Oddbjørn Haukøy, Chief Commercial Officer in Scana ASA, has through his related party No Surrender AS today bought 32 330 000 shares in Scana ASA at a price of NOK 1.00 per share. Following this transaction, Oddbjørn Haukøy, directly and indirectly through related parties owns a total of 38 187 747 shares in Scana ASA, corresponding to 9,71% of the outstanding shares.
