Correction: Scana ASA –Exercise of share options associated with the share option program including primary insiders.

Bergen, 10 September 2024: Correction is made to the announcement made by Scana ASA on 9 September 2024. Correct number of total options exercised by holders in Scana ASA’s share option program is 9,499,998 options. Following this correction, the new shares issued will increase the Scana’s share capital to NOK 461,892,898 divided into 461,892,898 shares. There are no other changes to previous announcement.
