Scatec Solar ASA: Notice of the annual general meeting 2015

Oslo, April 14, 2015: Scatec Solar ASA ('SSO') calls for the annual general
meeting of SSO to be held at Thon Hotel Vika Atrium, Munkedamsveien 45, 0250
Oslo, on May 7 2015 at 10.00 (CET).

The board has inter alia proposed that the general meeting resolves a dividend
of NOK 0.27 per share. Pursuant to the board's proposal, the dividend shall
accrue to the company's shareholders as they appear in the company's
 shareholder register in the VPS as per May 11 2015, being the company's
shareholders at the date of the general meeting, May 7 2015, based on regular
T+2 settlement. The company's shares will trade on the Oslo Stock Exchange
exclusive the right to receive dividend as from May 8 2015.

The notice convening the general meeting, including the agenda and the board's
proposals to the matters to be dealt with, is attached to this notification.
