Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Scatec Solar ASA

Reference is made to the proposal for the notice published as of the date
hereof, whereby the Board of Directors of Scatec Solar ASA ('SSO') resolved to
propose to the annual general meeting to be held on April 24 2017, a dividend of
NOK 0.71 per share (based on 93,816,230 shares outstanding).

The following key dates for the dividend are proposed by the Board of Directors:
* Dividend amount: NOK 0.71 per share
* Declared currency: NOK
* Last day including right: 24 April 2017
* Ex-date: 25 April 2017
* Record date: 26 April 2017
* Payment date on or about: 15 June 2017
* Date of approval: 24 April 2017
